What I'm looking for

I’m seeking opportunities in Web Development, IT Support, Customer Support, or Virtual Assistance, where I can grow, work consistently, and deliver high-quality work.

As a freelance web developer, I’ve built multiple websites, including my personal portfolio, and designed responsive layouts with basic backend logic.

I’m continuing to learn web development and improve my skills through hands-on projects.

At Dreamport / ASAP Tickets, I supported clients with travel inquiries and ticketing workflows as a Virtual Assistant Trainee, using ProQuote, BQ, and CMS.

I’m studying for a Diploma in Information Technology at MKU and learning cyber security fundamentals, including system security, safe network practices, and vulnerability awareness.
