Lead cross-functional hardware development programs from concept through qualification and market release, coordinating hardware, firmware, manufacturing, quality, procurement, and suppliers. Manage SSD qualification across the lifecycle and maintain program plans, roadmaps, and customer-facing documentation for launch and service readiness.

Managed end-to-end delivery of a complex hardware development program with a joint design manufacturer partner, coordinating multidisciplinary engineering and QA teams. Owned program budgeting and forecasts, led supplier quality issue response, and served as program lead for FIPS 140-2 cryptographic hardware module validation and regulatory approvals.

Managed diagnostic and firmware programs for entry-level storage products, prioritizing new features, defect resolution, and enhancements across multiple releases. Developed integrated project plans, coordinated resources across 20+ contributors, and aligned QA testing and code package releases to quality and schedule requirements.

Led development of three generations of native Gigabit Ethernet hardware for enterprise storage platforms, managing PCB work across schematic design, layout, testing, qualification, manufacturing, and market release. Used critical chain program management for planning and execution, identified schedule risks, and coordinated with external vendors on feasibility and delivery.

Designed and tested prototype PCBs to enable early firmware development and system-level validation. Supported schematic design, engineering change orders, and technical documentation while working within controlled development processes and cross-functional workflows.

Served as an alumna speaker for Northeastern University’s Career Management course, sharing career path insights and mentoring undergraduate students on engineering careers.

Organized and led proposal development workshops to encourage women engineers and technical professionals to submit conference presentations for SWE’s WE26 annual conference.

Volunteered as an engineering role model at Dell’s Eureka! Day event, mentoring students through hands-on STEM engagement and engineering career exploration.

Co-led the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) “Wow! That’s Engineering!” outreach event at UMass Lowell, coordinating volunteers and planning committee members to deliver hands-on engineering experiences for students.
