Senior Technical Program Manager driving cross-functional hardware and systems programs from concept to market release.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Senior Technical Program Manager with 20+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional hardware and integrated systems development programs from concept through market release. I’m known for building alignment across multidisciplinary teams, navigating technical complexity, and delivering technology solutions.
At Dell Technologies, I lead next-generation enterprise technology platform programs end-to-end—coordinating hardware, firmware, manufacturing, quality, procurement, and supplier activities from concept through qualification and market release. I manage solid state drive (SSD) qualification programs across the full lifecycle, establishing plans of record with milestones, risk-mitigation strategies, executive escalations, release criteria, and sustaining qualification to improve performance, reliability, and time-to-market.
Previously at EMC Corporation, I managed end-to-end delivery with a joint design manufacturer partner, including material forecasts and a $3.1M program budget. I led engineering response to supplier quality issues that helped prioritize and replace more than 250K degraded components, and I served as program lead for FIPS 140-2 cryptographic hardware module validation, owning RFP development, SOW negotiation, third-party testing, documentation, and regulatory approvals.
Earlier in my career, I led native Gigabit Ethernet hardware development across the full hardware lifecycle and owned planning and execution using critical chain program management. I’m a PMP and registered Scrum Master/Product Owner, and I bring a long-standing commitment to inspiring the next generation through hands-on STEM experiences.
