What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a nonclinical role in clinical solutions, customer success, provider support, implementation support, or product training where I can apply my firsthand knowledge of healthcare workflows and help people use tools confidently.

At Careerist, I led discovery conversations with prospective customers and delivered software demonstrations that connected product features to their workflows. I also supported onboarding and follow-up, and shared customer feedback with sales, marketing, and management teams.

At Interim Healthcare / Aveanna Home Health / Encompass Health, I manage an independent home health caseload from evaluation through discharge. I identify safety and equipment barriers, coordinate care, and train patients and caregivers to use recommendations confidently.
