I’m looking for a role where I can combine production execution with customer satisfaction—using my experience in inventory, QA, and audience/patron support—while contributing to continuous improvement and collaborating with a focused team.

I combine production operations and customer-facing expertise to keep projects moving smoothly and people satisfied. From handling “a high volume of incoming calls and emails” to resolving escalated concerns calmly, I focus on clarity, responsiveness, and outcomes.

In theatre and retail, I’ve supported real-time execution—using Canva to create informational materials and designing interactive displays, coordinating ticket changes via Humanitix, and managing merchandising workflows like pulling, packing, shipping, and QA.
