I’m a certified pharmacy technician licensed in both California and Florida, with a strong focus on organization, patient care, and safe dispensing. I aim to “reach new heights in the pharmaceutical world” by delivering accurate service and supporting the team wherever I’m needed.

At CVS Pharmacy (Jan 2024–present), I assist pharmacists by preparing labels and dispensing patient drugs accurately to decrease medication errors. I type prescriptions received from medical facilities, manage controlled and non-controlled drug inventory, and support smooth verification on the pharmacist’s end.

I also help patients directly through the POS system—handling billing, applying coupons when applicable, messaging prescribers for refills when appropriate, and answering questions or referring them to the pharmacist. I guide patients through immunizations, including reconstituting vaccines, ensuring comfort and consent, and providing vaccination records after completion.

Before pharmacy, I built customer service and efficiency skills as a server (Jan 2022–Dec 2023), handling payments, multitasking, problem-solving, and cleaning duties while maintaining strong communication. I’m PTCB exam passed and have completed First Aid/CPR/AED and certification for administering vaccines.
