I've led machine learning and evaluation work on an Igbo speech recognition and Igbo-to-English translation system, optimizing Whisper large-v3 and MarianMT with LoRA/PEFT.

I trained models on the NaijaVoices corpus through Hugging Face and Google Colab, implemented NFC Unicode normalization for Igbo diacritics, and integrated text-to-speech into the translation pipeline. I benchmarked MarianMT against Google Translate and documented opportunities for future fine-tuning.

At Spectranet Limited, I delivered direct customer technical support and resolved network and connectivity issues. I also gained hands-on experience with radio transmission, network configuration, and troubleshooting workflows.

My operations internship at Fez Delivery strengthened my Excel-based inventory tracking, data recording, and process organization. I'm completing a B.Eng. in Information and Communication Engineering at Covenant University.
