I've managed large-scale beef and dairy cattle operations in Zambia, including approximately 1,000 beef cattle and 100 dairy cows across major management areas.

My work includes butter and Gouda cheese processing, irrigation cropping, and managing a further operation of approximately 500 beef cattle and 50 dairy cattle. I also worked in agro-marketing for Agro Marketing Personnel from 1999 to 2007, supporting agrochemicals, veterinary services, tools, and agricultural equipment.

I've strengthened my practical farming background through training in dairy farming, milk technology, food safety, financial management, and farm machinery utilisation.
