I am looking for a role that fosters growth, collaboration, and innovation in education and psychological assessment.

I am Kendra Jean Cayda, a dedicated professional with a strong foundation in psychology and education. As a published researcher and experienced psychometrician, I have honed my skills in recruitment, teaching, and psychological assessment. My academic journey culminated in a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, where I achieved a perfect GWA of 4.0. I am passionate about developing curriculum and managing recruitment processes, ensuring that I contribute positively to the educational and psychological landscape.

Currently, I serve as an AI/ML Specialist at Outlier.ai and as a College Instructor at Davao Doctors College. In these roles, I train AI models for accuracy and reliability while also teaching and supervising students through various instructional methods. My previous experience as a Resourcing Consultant and Recruitment Consultant has equipped me with the ability to manage the recruitment cycle effectively, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews. I pride myself on my strong communication and leadership skills, which have been instrumental in my career.
