I'm an Industrial-Organizational Psychology consultant at Work for Impact, where I design structured interviews, competency models, scoring rubrics, and validation documentation for AI-enabled recruitment assessments. I help translate assessment science, fairness analysis, and employment standards into responsible hiring workflows.

I've also taught HR and Psychology at Cebu Institute of Technology – University, managed employee relations at Fusion BPO, and built AI content workflows at Innodata Knowledge Services. My work combines psychological assessment, training design, behavioral research, recruitment, and employee support.
