At Panopto, I test SaaS and web applications across manual, exploratory, regression, functional, and usability testing. I build and maintain Playwright UI automation in C#/.NET with NUnit.
I also test REST APIs with Postman and track defects in Jira/Zephyr. My work includes validating authentication and embed flows, permissions, cookies, telemetry, AI Search/BYO-LLM, and feature flags.
At NafaQA, I designed and executed test cases from test plans and requirements, and performed functional, regression, exploratory, and performance testing. I reproduced, reported, verified, and audited defects and worked with developers to improve product quality.
At Kriptomat, I designed and executed test cases, explored the product to uncover issues, and reported and tracked bugs. Alongside QA, I’ve worked on web, SEO, and digital projects as a freelancer.
