At PT. Astra Graphia Information Technology (AGIT), I work with enterprise clients to identify business challenges and shape Microsoft solutions across M365, Azure, and security. I translate requirements into solution architectures, migration strategies, deployment plans, and technical proposals.

I also guide engineering teams through deployment and validate solutions through post-deployment UAT. Previously, as a Microsoft Delivery Engineer at AGIT, I administered M365 services, deployed Intune and Windows Autopilot, and supported hybrid identity and security configurations.
