At ASABA DIGITAL INNOTECH, I implement Windows Server Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server, AD Connect, and DHCP Server for PT Bukit Asam Tbk. I also maintain Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments for clients including PT. Perta Daya Gas and Ciputra Life.
My current work includes Exchange Server installation and configuration, mailbox migrations, and preventive maintenance across Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, and AD Connect. I also prepare user acceptance testing materials, work instructions, and implementation documents.
At PT. KALTIMEX LESTARI MAKMUR, I supported users and maintained hardware, software, servers, and printers. I also managed user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365, shared-folder permissions, backups, and network and internet availability.
Earlier, at PT SARANA SOLUSINDO INFORMATIKA, I provided onsite Office 365 support and preventive maintenance for Kaspersky Security Center. At PT. ASABA COMPUTER CENTER, I worked on Lync Server 2013 installation and configuration and an Exchange Online migration project.
