What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply biostatistics and advanced R programming to clinical, public health, or observational health data, building rigorous analyses and communicating meaningful findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

At OHSU, I've built and cleaned a seven-year longitudinal dataset from Mexican hospital discharge records and analyzed how geographic marginalization relates to reproductive healthcare presentation over time. I've also supported a national Bronchiectasis Registry through medical-record abstraction and longitudinal data management.

I've migrated study data and instruments to REDCap Cloud and built an internal Shiny application for interactive analysis of assisted living and memory care regulations across all 50 states and DC. My work combines advanced R programming, SAS, Python, regression modeling, survey methods, and clear communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
