What I'm looking for

I’m seeking work suited to my experience in educational coordination and case management, where I can support students and families through individualized planning, coordination, and transitions.

At Halton District School Board, I coordinate information and follow-up among educators, families, school teams, and professional partners to support students. I contribute to planning meetings and help identify needs and next steps.

I maintain documentation on student progress, interests, strengths, and lagging skills, and support the preparation of Communication of Learning and other records. I also collaborate with educators and professionals to identify barriers, coordinate support, and monitor progress.

I’ve planned and delivered transition initiatives, including Kindergarten Orientation and Open House, involving community outreach and coordination with families. I use Google Workspace for communication, documentation, planning, and information management.
