What I'm looking for

I’m looking to keep delivering patient-centered primary care while leading multidisciplinary workflow and access improvements, managing complex chronic conditions, and mentoring future clinicians. I thrive in fast-paced teams that value advocacy, collaboration, and measurable impact.

I’m a Family Nurse Practitioner who leads care delivery for a diverse, underserved population in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting. I coordinate multidisciplinary care plans for complex chronic conditions while directly addressing social determinants of health and advocating for patients.

At Eskenazi Health Center, I was selected as “Nurse Practitioner of the Year” for clinical excellence and leadership, and I’ve earned “Top 10 percent of NRC scores” across Eskenazi Health Centers. I’m also recognized by medical assistant staff for teamwork, mentorship, and patient-centered care, and I’ve supported physician & APP well-being through leadership involvement on a steering committee.

I focus on measurable operational improvements that improve access and responsiveness. I co-founded a multidisciplinary committee to optimize Epic InBasket workflows—reducing message turnaround times—and I created and led “Doc of the Day” to enable same-day visits and reduce emergency room visits.

In addition to clinical leadership, I help build teams and future clinicians by interviewing and evaluating new clinical staff and mentoring/precepting nurse practitioner students. Before becoming an NP, I operated independently in primary care and served as a PACU and ICU Registered Nurse, including mechanical ventilation management with 1:1 supervision.
