I'm leading Labrum Auto Group’s Ford and Chevrolet dealerships, with full P&L responsibility for a $35M business. In 2025, I helped improve gross margin by 31%, sales velocity by 23%, and service gross by 19%, while achieving a record 325 new Ford sales.

Previously, I led turnarounds and growth initiatives at Voto Sales and Manufacturing, Lucky Vitamin Health Group, and Brown’s Feeds Division. I’ve reduced operating costs, improved margins, implemented ERP and CRM systems, expanded e-commerce and direct-to-consumer capabilities, and built transparent KPI-driven operating cultures.

Across automotive, CPG, manufacturing, distribution, food, beverage, and e-commerce, I’ve carried full P&L responsibility for businesses ranging from $18M to $70M. My work has included sales and marketing leadership, operational integration, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, manufacturing, warehousing, service, and multi-channel growth.

I build purpose-driven teams, align organizations around vision and financial goals, and lead effectively in fast-paced turnaround environments. I’m fluent in Spanish and bring 20 years of CPG, marketing, and merchandising experience.
