Kefalew Fikiru

I am a motivated textile engineer with a BSc in Textile Engineering and Fashion from Bahir Dar University and hands-on experience in garment production supervision. I have worked as a production supervisor and production executive across companies in Hawassa Industrial Park, applying technical expertise to improve operations.

My practical background includes sample development, pattern development, sewing as a technical worker, and planning maintenance for dyeing operations. I led initiatives to reduce shade variation during mass production dyeing and managed day-to-day shopfloor activities, production schedules, and team coordination.

I communicate fluently in Amharic and English and speak Oromic natively; I value problem solving, continuous improvement, and collaborative leadership to drive quality and productivity in apparel manufacturing.
