I am a quality-focused garment engineer with two years as Quality Supervisor and finishing Quality In-Charge at an apparel manufacturing plant.

I hold a Bachelor in Science in Garment Engineering (GPA 3.22) from Bahirdar University. I also earned a Masters in Project Management (GPA 3.76) from Admas University.

My responsibilities included coordinating people who work around quality personnel, controlling, checking, preparing reports, and monitoring and evaluating every quality measure of the buyer and employees. I routinely applied production management and plant layout principles to improve workflow and consistency.

I am self-motivated, an excellent communicator and team worker, a quick learner, and eager to take on challenges that help me grow professionally.
