I'm currently a Process Controller (Operator) at Heineken Brewery, following beer production and controlling process parameters. Previously, I led shifts at Health Care Food Manufacturer’s S.C., distributing work, supporting safety compliance, and ensuring production goals were met.
I hold a BSc in Chemical and Bio-Engineering from Addis Ababa University, where my undergraduate project focused on producing lactic acid from brewery spent grain. My brewery experience also includes a four-month internship at BGI Ethiopia focused on the production process of St. George Beer.
