At Shints ETP Garment PLC, I work as a Quality Assurance Manager. Previously, I was a Quality Assurance Manager at BEST Corporation Private Limited, where I developed quality improvement strategies and trained QA/QC teams to meet buyer standards.
At H&M, I worked as a Quality Controller for woven, jersey, underwear, denim, and blazer products. I conducted inspections using buyer methods and checked that production followed H&M requirements and approved samples.
My garment quality experience includes high-performance outdoor apparel and waterproof gear, with hands-on knowledge of seam sealing, bonding, and hydrostatic testing. I also work with AQL inspection, SOP development, audits, and corrective and preventive action.
I hold a BS in Garment Engineering from Ethiopian Institute of Textile and Fashion Technology-(EiTEX) BahirDar, University Ethiopia. I’m committed to continuous improvement, lower factory defect rates, and consistent on-time, right-first-time delivery.
