What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions, including customization, integrations, data migration, and technical support for enterprise environments.

I'm currently leading Salesforce implementation and support work at AvePoint Malaysia for Singapore Tourism Board projects including Trust 2.0 and BizEngage. I design Salesforce solutions, translate business requirements into functional documentation, and support data-migration planning, execution, and validation.

Previously at RIO Education, WDCi, I developed Apex solutions and Salesforce customizations for an in-house higher-education product used by StudyGroup, Crandall University, International Business University, and FLAME University. I also gathered requirements and built project integrations using Cyclr iPaaS.

I'm a Salesforce Certified Application Architect and Platform Data Architect, with certifications spanning Platform Development, Sharing and Visibility, Administration, and App Building. Alongside Salesforce delivery, I'm completing a Master of Software Engineering and built a hybrid deep-learning system for C/C++ vulnerability detection.
