At TNEX Malaysia, I designed and built an AI-assisted outreach CRM that researches and scores leads, drafts personalised emails and follow-ups, and syncs with the TNEX-Flow tracker. I also moved its pipeline from paid APIs to a lower-cost AI workflow.
Before TNEX, I worked as a freelance software developer and technical consultant. I built an enterprise knowledge assistant proof of concept and a real-time vehicle monitoring platform, and validated a release against 26 client UAT test cases.
At Infineon Technologies, I built Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines that cut release time by 50%. I also helped move a legacy .NET Framework website to Angular and led an equipment booking system’s transition to a cloud-native microservices architecture on OpenShift.
At ALPS ALPINE, I led five smart-factory projects, including 3D factory monitoring and factory layout management systems that cut daily monitoring time by 70%. I hold a Bachelor of Computer Science (Hons) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and a SAFe for Teams Certification.
