I build LLM-powered workflows, RAG applications, and machine learning systems that reduce operational effort.

I've built AI-assisted reporting and automation workflows at Workada, reducing manual processing by roughly one hour per day and shortening report turnaround from three business days to under two.

I design prompt-engineering, model-evaluation, and production monitoring processes that improve output quality, correct recurring model errors, and support adoption through clear documentation. At Rowan University Campus Recreation Center, I also automated operational reporting and consolidated six manual reports into two KPI dashboards.

Previously at BuiltInTech, I developed a customer churn prediction pipeline for 100K+ accounts, improving F1 performance from 0.79 to 0.87. I build practical GenAI products with Python, Streamlit, RAG, LangChain, OpenAI, and vector search, including resume analysis and AI-powered data-analysis tools.
