At Momentale Hospitality Pvt.Ltd, I developed a machine learning demand forecasting system for session-level and dish-level demand across cloud kitchen locations. I built and compared forecasting models, including SARIMA, LSTM, and XGBoost, and used an XGBoost-based approach with operational data.
I also developed the preprocessing and feature engineering pipeline, and added a configurable session mapping framework to turn predictions into preparation recommendations. In my projects, I built an agriculture assistant chatbot, a license plate recognition system, and a document-based RAG chatbot.
