What I'm looking for

I’m looking to keep industrial and RNG facilities running safely—monitoring operations, performing calibrations and preventive maintenance, and leading teams to achieve QSH&E goals and continuous improvement.

I operate and monitor RNG facilities from a control room, identify issues, and make necessary changes to ensure steady operations. I focus on QSH&E goals, complete work orders according to safety rules, and keep rigorous records of calibrations. I repair and calibrate pH sensors and monitor instruments including pressure, temperature, and flow transmitters.

I also bring strong leadership and organization from years managing teams and coordinating multi-state operations. I’ve managed and mentored employees, negotiated vendor contracts, built budget strategy, and maintained compliance such as BQA. Before my current role, I served as a ranch manager overseeing large-scale livestock health and implemented operational improvements like rotational grazing and infrastructure maintenance.
