I manage an equestrian sports complex and working ranch facilities for Rogers Bandalero Ranch, supporting 300 horses and 250 head of cattle. I handle maintenance and repairs across electrical, lighting, plumbing, irrigation, and the water well pump house, and I keep boarding stalls running with fencing, welding, masonry repairs, and wood component upkeep.
I also maintain heavy equipment and vehicles like front end loaders, skid steers, tractors, forklifts, and diesel trucks, and I support logistics for daily and long-term supplies. Before ranch management, I worked as an Automotive Technician at Quality Lube and Tune / Trail Boss Offroad and Jiffy Lube Plus, and I started in aviation as an Aircraft Mechanic Helper with Sikorsky CH-53 helicopters.
