I am seeking entry-level to junior roles in QA, test analysis, automation, or technical support where I can apply testing discipline and automation to improve product quality and user support.

I am a detail-oriented QA/Test Analyst and Automation specialist with hands-on experience in manual testing, defect tracking, and quality assurance processes across web and mobile products. I have supported large user bases, logged and tracked issues to improve documentation, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience.

Recently I expanded into automation and AI-driven workflows, working with tools such as Make.com, n8n, Zapier-style processes, and basic chatbot/support flow testing to reduce repetitive tasks and optimize support across web and social platforms. I also have foundational experience with workflow automation, Google Sheets automation, and are learning Python for automation.

Backed by research and coordination experience as a project coordinator and community manager, I bring strong documentation, problem analysis, and process optimization skills.
