I've led the development of a multi-tenant electronic voting system at PBSoft (Máxima Tecnologia), serving more than seven municipal chambers simultaneously in production.

I designed its backend, mobile, and infrastructure architecture with Laravel, Flutter, PostgreSQL, and Redis, delivering live WebSocket voting, biometric authentication, speaker timing, and automated GitLab CI/CD deployments. I was promoted from Programador II to Programador V in less than nine months.

As a freelancer, I've built a public health management system and a multi-tenant SaaS POS platform, including government API integrations, role-based access control, inventory, finance, and production deployments.

I'm also transitioning into cybersecurity, backed by Cisco certifications and penetration-testing training, while bringing practical experience in LGPD compliance, server security, APIs, and infrastructure.
