Kaylee Lupo

I currently support patients and pet owners at VCA River City Animal Hospital, handling challenging situations involving aggressive animals and upset owners with professionalism and compassion.

I monitor surgeries and anesthesia recovery, obtain accurate TPRs, prepare doctor-requested doses, administer sub-Q vaccines, and perform blood draws. I also help owners understand estimates and options when finances are tight.

Previously at All Creatures Veterinary Clinic, I worked with dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, and other species, assisting with restraint, pre-surgical TPRs, injections, and prescription filling.

My experience also includes barn operations at McKinley and Peters Equine Hospital and assistant management at Gozzer Ranch, where I handled customer concerns, inventory, weekly orders, paperwork, and invoices.
