Kayla Segree
@kaylasegree
I support immigration attorneys with client intake, legal documentation, confidential case management, and deadline tracking.
What I'm looking for
I support attorneys at Americans for Immigrant Justice’s Children’s Legal Program, helping represent immigrant children in humanitarian and removal proceedings. I conduct remote client intakes, organize case records, and draft affidavits, legal correspondence, and filings for SIJ and asylum cases.
I coordinate with children, guardians, shelters, social workers, and other parties while maintaining confidential electronic files and tracking deadlines across multiple matters. My experience managing schedules, follow-ups, documentation, and remote communication helps keep cases moving forward.
Previously, I managed operations and teams at Lids and supported cross-functional administrative work at Gordon Food Service. I bring a client-focused, organized approach to legal and administrative support.
