What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can coordinate training operations, maintain quality and compliance documentation, support learners and stakeholders, and improve administrative processes.

I'm currently supporting training delivery at IQTIDAR Training Center, coordinating course schedules, learner registrations, training documentation, classroom resources, and participant feedback.

Previously at Seed Training Center, I managed quality documentation in an ISO-certified environment, maintained document control systems, coordinated approvals and meetings, and liaised with accreditation bodies, clients, and external organizations.

I've also taught ESL online and face-to-face since 2014, creating tailored lesson plans, monitoring learner progress, and supporting students of different ages and nationalities.
