I've tested large-scale enterprise applications across travel, healthcare, banking, finance, and stock exchange domains for over 15 years. At ITS, I support American Airlines for Business and Tripeasy, validating B2B airline, hotel, and car booking experiences.
I combine manual, API, mobile, database, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing with automation support using MABL, Playwright, Postman, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and SQL Server. I've also tested responsive web experiences, iOS and Android apps, REST and SOAP services, and AWS-based systems.
Earlier, I worked on What To Expect at Everyday Health, Medicaid Management Information System at ACS, brokerage account services for Harris Bank, and BOLT at Bombay Stock Exchange. I lead testing activities when needed, work closely with clients and developers, and help teams deliver verified releases through Scrum.
