I’m a contract & budgeting professional with 8 years of experience in global Clinical Research Study (CRS) contracting and budgeting across Phase I–IV trials for major pharmaceutical sponsors.

As a Contract Analyst at IQVIA, I own end-to-end clinical trial budgeting and contracting, including change orders, final reconciliations, early terminations, and study cancellations—completing 4 study final reconciliations in 2025 valued at $4M–$92.7M and executing 48 change order contracts end-to-end.

I partner closely with Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Operations as a subject-matter expert for budgeting across LDP, QIP, client-specific tools, and time-and-money based budgeting frameworks, while driving process improvement and quality through rigorous QC reviews and authored Standard Operating Procedures.

I also provide on-demand analytics to inform strategic negotiation decisions and account growth plans, and I’ve mentored 2 new joiners through a structured onboarding program—helping maintain delivery quality while accelerating ramp-up.
