What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a challenging clinical research role where I can lead contracts, budgets, payments, regulatory submissions, and process improvements while supporting teams and organizational growth.

At Fortrea, I manage global contract amendments from budget drafting and negotiation through execution, while leading regulatory submissions and site-startup activities for Australia and New Zealand. I prepare Ethics Committee packages, review and track ICFs, resolve site queries, and maintain compliant submission records in Veeva.

Previously at IQVIA RDS, I progressed from Project Payment Trainee to Project Payment Lead, overseeing subject and ad-hoc payments, payment exceptions, budget forecasting, invoice scrutiny, and reconciliation for complex studies. I also train team members, allocate work, investigate recurring payment issues, and have been recognized with Fortrea FAB, BRAVO, APPLAUSE, and study-team appreciation awards.
