At SHL, I own manual and automated testing for TalentCentral and Multi Feedback System (MFS), enterprise talent assessment products used by global clients. I build and maintain Playwright automation in JavaScript using Page Object Model, fixtures, and data-driven test design to reduce manual regression effort.
I validate functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, system, and UAT cycles, along with REST APIs and SQL-based data integrity. I use Postman, Playwright API testing, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and Agile Scrum practices to support reliable releases.
I've also used Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini to accelerate test-script generation, test-data creation, and defect triage, while mentoring junior QA engineers on test design, STLC, and defect life cycle practices. My client-delivery work has been recognized with SHL's Annual Kick-Off Award in 2022 and 2024 and Wipro's Shimmer Award in 2019.
