At ServiceNow, I work on Instance Observer and StatsNow, delivering quality engineering for enterprise SaaS products. I cover functional, API, backend, UI, database, integration, regression, and release validation testing.

I designed and enhanced reusable Playwright- and Selenium-based automation frameworks using Java, TypeScript, TestNG, and Maven. I also built modular components to adapt to application changes with less script maintenance.

I use Claude AI, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT to support test development, script generation, and debugging. My work on AI-assisted automation workflows has reduced manual scripting effort.

Earlier, I worked on Oracle HCM Cloud at Oracle India and workforce, learning, and talent management products at SumTotal Systems. I received the LAMA Award for an enterprise-grade automation framework and led a team of QA engineers at Oracle India.
