I'm currently an Associate Consultant in Qualitative Research at Policy & Development Advisory Group, where I contribute to qualitative studies, policy reports, research briefs, grant proposals, and stakeholder consultations.
My research on early-grade education in Haryana and Uttar Pradesh examines systemic exclusion and resilience. I design interview, focus-group, and participant-observation tools; analyse qualitative data; and translate findings into policy outputs.
My Ph.D. research at Jawaharlal Nehru University explores community identity and the politics of Ezhavas in twenty-first-century Kerala. I've also taught Political Theory, Western Political Thought, and Indian Political Thought for UGC-NET aspirants, and my work has been published and presented at national and international conferences.
