At Dynamic Planner, I lead delivery across four teams on a financial planning platform for advisers and wealth managers. I coordinated an AI compliance report companion and AI data extraction from meeting transcripts through controlled Early Access and operational readiness, and established an assurance framework used as a release quality gate.
At Airdri Ltd, I led PowerDry from concept to launch on a ~£5M budget; it became the best-selling product. Across my project delivery work, I’ve managed supplier commitments, client escalations, governance and cross-organisation dependencies, including enterprise SaaS implementations for clients such as Santander.
