At Kane Solutions, I own a credit card payment and tokenization microservice, integrating with the JudoPay payment gateway and supporting 3DS authentication and PCI-compliant processing. I also handle production support, incident response, and root-cause analysis.
I designed a configurable workflow state machine for policy lifecycle operations, with guard conditions to keep incomplete cases from reaching downstream operations. I also built a one-click new-business application feature that reduced NIGOs by 20–25% and cut application fill time by 12–15 minutes.
I cut report latency by 90% by reducing database round-trips from more than 10,000 to fewer than 20 per request. I also re-architected email delivery as an event-driven Kafka pipeline, eliminating up to 120 seconds of delivery latency.
My other work at Kane Solutions included leading a client data migration and delivering a commission amortization feature. Outside work, I built a school meal planning analytics dashboard and a community manager app.
