At Mobikwik, I build backend features for the Recharge & Bill Payments platform, supporting services including Mobile Recharges, Credit Card Bill Payments, and Electricity. I maintain legacy systems while handling peak loads of 500–1000 TPS.
I owned backend development and optimizations for the RNB platform revamp, and played a crucial role in revamping Rent Payment and Education Fee services, reducing latency by 50%. I also delivered the RBI-mandated BBPS integration ahead of deadline, onboarding 30+ billers.
At Mobikwik, I designed a gRPC-based B2B Retailer/Partner Wallet Service with distributed locking and idempotent transaction handling; daily transaction volume scaled from 4M to 10M. I also built Grafana dashboards and custom alerts that improved incident detection and reduced MTTR by 30%.
Previously, at Shiprocket Private Limited, I built Java and Golang microservices for the ONDC ecosystem and was a core engineer on Shiprocket Quick, built from scratch as part of the founding team. I also developed enterprise REST APIs at Virtusa Consulting Services Private Limited.
