I'm looking for a customer-focused or creative role where I can communicate clearly, solve problems calmly, work independently across digital tools, and contribute to consistently high-quality experiences.

I've delivered attentive customer service across fast-paced hospitality roles in Valencia, Jávea, Benitachell, and Moraira, resolving complaints and special requests by phone, email, and face-to-face.

At GGTech Studios, I worked as a 3D Artist/Generalist on Minigolf Champs and the early-access Steam game Eworlds. I modeled and textured props, created visual effects, animations, lighting, and shaders in Unity, and handled environment layout and scene dressing.

I also founded and manage an Etsy shop for digital planners, journals, and tools. I oversee product design, listings, SEO optimization, performance analysis, customer service, and brand consistency.
