What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead accounting operations across accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, payroll, and administrative processes while improving accuracy, client relationships, and efficient financial workflows.

At PinDot Media, I oversee day-to-day accounting operations across accounts receivable, accounts payable, and collections. I manage client payment schedules, billing inquiries, invoices, incoming USD and CAD payments, vendor invoices, bank deposits, payroll support, and year-end tax preparation.

Previously at Brookfield Country Club, I managed member billing, credits, payments, reconciliations, month-end closing, and new-hire documentation. I also implemented a bad-debt collections process that significantly reduced annual write-offs while supporting insurance claims and enrollments.
