I’m an Accounting Manager with 20+ years of progressive experience in Full Cycle Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Financial Reporting, and Month-End Close. I bring a proven focus on GL coding, reconciliations, expense management, and financial controls to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

I’ve led process improvements and system transitions, including supporting a migration from QuickBooks to Sage Intacct. In my current role, I perform three-way monthly reconciliations, process AP/AR, oversee refunds and member inquiries, review employee reimbursements through Fyle integrated with Sage Intacct, and complete monthly credit card reconciliations with supporting documentation uploaded into the online system.

I’m also skilled in collections, vendor management, and W-9/tax compliance, and I’ve streamlined AP and expense workflows to strengthen controls and improve reporting speed. Across previous roles, I managed over 130 QuickBooks accounts, supported high-volume tax payments exceeding $1M per cycle, contributed to SEC audit preparation, and delivered measurable wins like annual savings exceeding $250,000 through credit card processing changes.
