What I'm looking for

I seek entry-level roles in research, policy, or advocacy within organizations focused on governance, human rights, and women’s empowerment, offering mentorship and opportunities to apply qualitative research and grow professionally.

I am an aspiring Politics and International Relations graduate from the University of Lusaka with strong academic training in governance, human rights, civil society, and international law. I completed a final-year dissertation investigating the role of civil society organizations in promoting peaceful assembly in Lusaka District, applying qualitative methods and thematic analysis.

I have practical experience in academic research, policy analysis, and report writing, and I have contributed to advocacy initiatives for young women through the YWCA. I also bring entrepreneurial experience running small businesses in cakes, clothing, and jewelry, where I managed marketing, customer relations, budgeting, and branding on social media.

I am motivated, adaptable, and leadership-oriented, having served as a class representative and currently enrolled in a leadership development program. I am eager to contribute to research, policy, development, or governance-focused organizations that value human-rights driven, evidence-based work.
