What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role that combines customer service with language support—where I can deliver personalized Basic–Intermediate English guidance, handle sales or inquiries confidently, collaborate in a team, and keep improving through creative, practical problem-solving.

I’m a proactive and creative University student with an English major background and a strong focus on people—especially through personalized learning and customer service. I enjoy working in teams and turning everyday needs into practical solutions, including optimizing Basic-Intermediate English training.

In my experience as a Sales Advisor (2022–2023), I supported customers through online channels and helped run day-to-day operations for my Online Entrepreneurship project, Candy Lab. I provided customer service via WhatsApp, handled logistics and product administration, and contributed to content creation.

As an English tutor, I deliver tailored classes that fit each student’s needs, and I’m comfortable building trust and connection with clients. I also support practical assignments with proactive academic advising, bringing organization and a solution-oriented mindset to every task.
