What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fast-paced team where I can build high-quality AI/LLM prompts, validate outputs, and communicate clearly—while also applying my operations and STEM training experience to improve processes and onboarding.

I’m a multidisciplinary operations and education professional with hands-on experience spanning biotech, customer support, prompt engineering, and STEM instruction. I combine scientific rigor with practical execution, so my work is both accurate and usable.

As a Prompt Engineer at SnorkelAI, I develop biology, logic, and math questions for AI/LLM research, run peer reviews, and perform quality checks and reasoning validation. I also collaborate cross-functionally on BigTech operations-focused research projects.

In parallel, I’ve supported mission-critical workflows as a Harvard MedTech Operations Specialist—managing device inventory, shipping, and sterilization, processing returns, updating EMRs, and supporting patient onboarding through close liaison with Ops and Care teams.

I bring a strong communication and training mindset from my STEM teaching and technical content work. I’ve led technical training, wrote manuals and demo videos, built hands-on lab lesson plans and assessments, and contributed prompt writing and proofreading across scientific domains for LLM fine-tuning and QA.
