What I'm looking for

I'm seeking roles in AI model training, QA, or alignment where I can apply RLHF, improve LLM quality, and lead QA efforts within collaborative, user-focused teams offering growth.

I am an AI trainer and quality-assurance specialist with a biomedical engineering foundation who trains and fine-tunes large language models and applies Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback to improve alignment and safety. As a member of Outlier AI’s Oracle group, I audit AI outputs for accuracy, coherence, and user intent while iteratively refining model behavior.

Previously I led QA efforts for AI-generated retail content, copyediting, developing training examples, and managing bug reporting and prioritization to optimize platform stability and model performance. I bring analytical thinking, a user-centered approach, and hands-on experience in model evaluation and content validation to roles that bridge AI, QA, and product quality.
