I’m looking for a role where I can build and evaluate GenAI workflows, improve operational processes, and deliver clear training and documentation—so teams can use AI confidently with strong quality, accuracy, and measurable outcomes.

I’m an AI Operations & Training Specialist with expertise in Generative AI, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted workflows. I certify through Google AI and IBM AI Engineering programs, and I focus on evaluating outputs for accuracy, relevance, and quality while building structured documentation that stakeholders can trust.

In my recent AI projects, I designed and tested prompts across ChatGPT, Gemini, and NotebookLM, then conducted output evaluations to identify hallucinations, factual inconsistencies, and quality issues. Previously, as a middle school social studies teacher, I managed and analyzed performance data for 150+ learners using digital reporting systems, created prompts and workflows for content and assessments, and improved learning outcomes and operational efficiency through training and process development.
