What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead with safety and organization—support a team, communicate clearly with families/customers, and help deliver smooth daily operations and meaningful programming.

I’m a Site Supervisor and Cycling Instructor with experience supporting safe, smooth daily operations and coaching children in bike safety and technique. I create level-specific lesson plans and communicate progress and improvement areas clearly with parents.

In supervisory roles, I ensure safety while supporting instructors, maintaining camp readiness, and keeping parents informed. I also bring a customer-first approach from hands-on retail/floor work, where I kept organization to the highest standard and delivered excellent customer service.

I combine leadership, teamwork, and problem solving with strong organization and dependable operations management. I also contribute through volunteering, including community garden organization and Make-A-Wish support, reflecting a committed, service-oriented work ethic.
