Leah Fedrick

I’m an Art Instructor and college student pursuing an associate degree with a strong interest in business, corporate operations, and professional development. I’m recognized for leadership, communication, creativity, and the ability to build meaningful relationships through engaging presentations and structured lesson plans.

I’ve led educational sessions while managing scheduling, preparation, and organization of classroom materials and projects. I also mentored individuals in confidence-building, creativity, and personal development, strengthening trust and engagement with students, parents, and team members.

Before and alongside teaching, I worked as an Assistant Manager at Quick Trip, where I supervised onboarding and training new team members, handled inbound and outbound call handling, and supported retention through effective relationship building and team collaboration. I analyzed sales trends, labor costs, and performance ethics to improve profitability, resolved customer concerns professionally, and managed inventory, ordering, and cash management with end-of-day financial reconciliation—an approach I’m excited to bring into a corporate environment where I can contribute and grow long term.
